# MasterPatio and its sustainable components

Responsibly made products help create more sustainable homes. That is why, at Reynaers Aluminium, we develop high-quality systems that contain sustainable components. Case in point: our high-end MasterPatio sliding system with recycled polyamide insulation strips. Let us have a closer look.

 Let us take a step back. [We insulate homes and buildings](/inspiration/stories/highest-level-wind-and-water-tightness "The highest level of wind and water tightness") to keep out heat, cold, water, wind, and noise as much as possible. And only the strongest and most durable materials offer the best results, right? That is where recycled polyamide comes into play. Both high-quality and sustainable, this synthetic material makes up 100% of the MasterPatio’s insulation strips. As a result, the green profiles offer excellent insulation and reduce the system’s CO2 impact per square metre with more than 10%!



  

 

 System components such as insulation strips can have a considerable environmental impact too, as proven by MasterPatio. That is why we are raising the share of profiles that contain recycled polyamide to 38% of our product portfolio by 2030. Impact through innovation, it is the key to a more sustainable future.
